My golden retriever sheds like crazy and this canvas bed actually keeps the hair sitting right on top so I can just vacuum it off. After a few weeks of daily use the fabric still looks new, no fraying at all.
I was worried the light scratching from my dog's nails would tear this up, but the heavy-duty canvas has held strong for months. Hair wipes right off the surface instead of weaving in, which makes cleanup way less of a chore.
Our pup sheds like crazy, so the canvas surface that keeps hair on top is a game changer. Only knock is the memory foam could be slightly firmer for older joints, but it's still a solid bed.
