My bulldog used to pant all night even with the air con on, but this round bed actually stays cool to the touch and he sleeps right through now. The curl shape suits him perfectly and the foam still feels supportive under his hips.
My corgi curls up in this round bed perfectly—the NASA-developed cooling material actually draws heat away, and the memory foam seems to ease his stiff hips.
The memory foam does seem to help my old lab get up easier in the mornings, so that part I'm happy with. But honestly the cooling effect is pretty subtle — she still seeks out the tile floor on hot afternoons. For what it costs I expected more.
